Claire leads the WRAPS efforts in policy and insights, technical support for local authorities, and grant management across the UK.

Her teams play a crucial role in supporting Defra with the implementation of the Resources & Waste Strategy and similar initiatives for the devolved governments in Wales and Northern Ireland, all of which contribute to the broader Net Zero goals.

Joining WRAP in 2008, Claire brought her experience as a consultant from AEA Technology. Under her leadership, WRAP's initiatives aim to enhance sustainable resource management and reduce waste, pivotal elements in achieving Net Zero emissions. Claire's work ensures that WRAP's strategies and innovations effectively contribute to the UK's commitment to a sustainable, low-carbon future.
