Managing Director, Global Ethical Finance Initiative

Omar is the Managing Director of the Global Ethical Finance Initiative (GEFI).

He specialises in ESG/sustainable/responsible finance and has spearheaded several sector development initiatives since 2008.

Omar worked with the United Nations (UNDP) on developing and launching the pioneering SDG Financial Products Platform and has authored several papers/reports on the SDGs.
